Iron oxide magnetite

Ferrite Magnet / Ceramic Magnet is a permanent magnet mainly made by mixing iron oxide (Fe2O3) and strontium carbonate (SrCO3) and sintering at high temperature. Iron oxide magnets have low cost, mold processing can be mass-produced, and have excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for use in harsh environments, still the most widely used magnet in today's motors.

Features

1. Excellent corrosion resistance, the magnet does not need special coating.

2. Due to the influence of the manufacturing process, the sintered iron oxide has a large tolerance, which is generally positive and negative 2%.

3. The operating temperature range of iron oxide is -40 ℃ ~ 250 ℃.

4. Widely used in audio equipment, ordinary motors, motorcycle motors, automotive motors and green energy industries, such as: amplifiers, DC motors, compressors for air conditioning, starter motors for wind power and other products.
