Iron oxide injection magnetic table

2019-12-05

Product description

The injection molding magnetic system uses magnetic powder and thermoplastic plastics (PA6, PA12, PPS) to be mixed and granulated, and is formed by injection molding. Through this process, the magnet can be directly combined with the motor core, shaft or other accessories. To save subsequent complicated assembly procedures. In addition to common iron oxides, there are also rare-earth injection magnets that are injection-molded in combination with MQ neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder with superior magnetic properties. In addition, the injection-molded injection magnets will have different temperature resistance due to the different adhesives used. The products with PPS material have a temperature resistance of up to 235 ° C.

Features

1. Injection-molded magnets can be designed with thin walls and special shapes, and magnetic field designs can be designed with axial, radial, or multi-pole magnetic fields and composite magnetic fields.

2. During the injection molding process, the motor core, shaft or other accessories can be directly placed into one piece, which saves subsequent assembly costs or complex assembly processes.

3. The injection magnet has high precision, good consistency and stable performance. It is widely used in automation equipment, stepper motors, air conditioners, automatic sensors, meters, brushless motors and high-end home appliances.
