Product description

Sintered NdFeB magnets have excellent magnetic properties at room temperature. Common shapes are wafer, ring, square, sector, tile, complex size processing and fine tolerances can be satisfied, making sintered NdFeB magnets. Magnets have become the most widely used magnets for high-end commercial motors. In addition, the finished products of neodymium iron boron magnets need surface coating. The commonly used coating methods are nickel plating, zinc plating or epoxy resin. Nickel plating is resistant to heat and humidity, and is resistant to salt spray. The most commonly used coating for NdFeB magnets.

Features

1. Sintered neodymium iron boron magnet is the permanent magnet material with the highest magnetic energy product known at present. High coercive force (iHc) is also one of the characteristics of this product.

2. Neodymium-iron-boron magnets are supported by suitable fixtures and suitable processes, and special-shaped processing is also feasible. However, it is not recommended that customers do the subsequent processing of the magnets by themselves, due to the damage of the coating, the product will be oxidized.

3.Due to the high magnetic energy product characteristics of NdFeB (BHmax can reach 52 ~ 56MGOe) products can be designed for light, thin, short, small electronic products, mobile phones and micro motors; recently, green energy and the automotive industry are also NdFeB magnet Key points in application.

4. According to the brand difference (M, H, SH, UH, EH, AH), the maximum operating temperature range of NdFeB magnet is 80 degrees to 220 degrees.
