Product description

It is a kind of injection molding magnet. The bonded neodymium-iron-boron is made of fast-quenching neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder (MQ Powders) mixed with epoxy resin binder. It is manufactured by die pressing, and can be designed in different shapes. Degree is high. The isotropic magnetic field allows it to be magnetized without the need for magnetic field alignment, and can be designed for multi-polar magnetic fields and composite magnetic fields.


Features

1. It is a kind of injection molding magnet. The bonded neodymium iron boron magnet is pressed and formed. The magnet has high precision, good consistency and low mold cost.

2. Isotropic forming, multi-pole magnetization design can be done after surface coating

3. The product can be widely used in communication, electronic components and computer peripheral products such as mobile phones, meters, sensors and optical disc drive spindle motors.
