Product description

In the high temperature environment, the performance of the temperature stability and magnetic energy product of samarium cobalt magnets is far superior to that of neodymium iron boron magnets. Its operating environment in 250 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ still has excellent magnetic properties (BHmax can reach 29-32MGOe) And high corrosion resistance, so there is no need to do surface coating like NdFeB magnets to maintain its magnetic energy.


Features

1. Compared with neodymium-iron-boron, samarium-cobalt magnets have excellent resistance to demagnetization, making them still have excellent magnetic performance in high-temperature operating environments.

2. SmCo permanent magnets can be divided into SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. Although the latter is superior to the former in terms of temperature resistance and magnetic properties, it is not easy to apply Sm2Co17 to products with special shapes in terms of mechanical processing. .

3. Widely used in special-purpose precision instruments such as aviation and military parts and medical surgical instruments such as MRI, traveling wave tube or high-end precision electronic instruments such as gyroscopes.
