NdFeB injection molding magnet

2019-12-05

Product description

The injection molding magnetic system uses magnetic powder and thermoplastic plastics (PA6, PA12, PPS) to be mixed and granulated. After injection molding, the magnet can be directly combined with the motor core, shaft or other accessories through this process To save subsequent complicated assembly procedures. NdFeB injection molding magnetism uses permanent magnet NdFeB magnetic powder with strong magnetic energy product, which makes its magnetic performance better than iron oxide injection magnetism. In addition, another characteristic of injection-molded injection magnets is that they will vary in temperature resistance due to the different adhesives used. At present, the highest temperature-resistant adhesive is PPS. 180 ° C.

Features

Injection magnetism can be used for thin wall and special-shaped design, and magnetic field design can be used for axial, radial or multi-pole magnetic field and composite magnetic field design.

During the injection molding process, the motor core, shaft or other accessories can be directly placed into one piece, which saves subsequent assembly costs or complicated assembly processes.

Injection magnets have high precision, good consistency, and stable performance. They are widely used in automation equipment, stepper motors, air conditioners, automatic sensors, meters, brushless motors and high-end home appliances.
