Sintered AlNiCo
Product description
Residual magnetic force is equivalent to NdFeB, high temperature resistance, and the ambient temperature of AlNiCo magnets can be up to 500 ℃, which is suitable for special industries such as chemical and aerospace defense industries. Divided into sintered AlNiCo and cast AlNiCo, the former process is suitable for smaller size designs, and the latter is highly accurate in complex designs. For special applications, the product can also be combined with plastic or metal accessories.
Features
1. AlNiCo magnets can be divided into sintering and casting according to their technological procedures. The former is suitable for smaller sizes, while the latter has technological advantages in more complex designs.
2. The coercive force is quite low, and it is easy to be demagnetized due to external impact or external magnetic field, but its remagnetization is also relatively easy.
3. Suitable for automotive parts, microphones, radars, instruments, aerospace instruments, sensors and various sensors ...
