Rubber magnet
Product description
Rubber magnets are synthesized by mixing permanent magnetic powder (iron oxide) with rubber. There are two production methods, rolling and extrusion. Rubber magnets have excellent ductility. In addition to being often used in teaching aids or stationery advertising decorations, industrial products such as small motors, cooling fans, and motor rotors can also be used. The maximum operating environment temperature is about 85 ℃ -100 ℃.
Features
Made of iron oxide magnetic powder mixed rubber
2. The general processing methods are rolled rolls and extruded magnetic strips.
3. The isotropic rubber magnet can be designed for multi-pole magnetization.
4. Products are widely used in small motors, sensors, cooling fans, motor rotors, office OA equipment, stationery suction, advertising marketing accessories and refrigerator door seals.
